The clean gets done
The cleaner arrives, usually with their own products and equipment, and works through what you agreed. If anything has been missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will arrange for it to be put right.
What an emergency clean costs
You pay the normal price for the work, plus a flat £40 urgent booking fee. A clean that would normally cost £90 costs £130. Domestic and commercial cleaning is charged by the hour at a rate agreed before the booking; carpet, oven and after builders cleaning are priced per job.
