Frequently asked questions

Can you clean tomorrow, before my checkout?
Usually, yes. Message us with your postcode, the size of the property and your checkout time, and we will look for a cleaner who can do it in time. The sooner you message, the more choice of time there is.
Will an emergency clean get my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise that, because the decision belongs to your landlord or agent, and it also depends on things a clean cannot change, such as damage or wear. What the cleaner can do is clean the property thoroughly against your check-in inventory, which is what the check-out is judged on.
The agent says the last clean failed. Can you redo it?
Yes. Send us the agent's list of what failed, and the cleaner will work through those items first and then the rest of the property.
Is the oven included?
Yes. The oven, hob and extractor are cleaned as part of an end of tenancy clean.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many people leave keys in a key safe or arrange for them to be collected. Just make sure the power and water are still on.
How much does it cost?
The normal hourly rate for the clean plus a flat £40 urgent booking fee. A clean that would normally cost £90 costs £130.
