1. Introduction These Terms apply to all cleaning professionals onboarded through Care N Tidy. By joining our platform, you accept these terms and agree to provide professional, reliable, and honest services.
2. Onboarding Requirements
Signed service provider agreement.
Proof of right to work in the UK.
Compliance with UK employment and health & safety regulations.
3. Service Delivery
Punctual arrival and completion of jobs per booking schedule.
Professional conduct and respectful communication with customers.
Use of appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
4. Payments and Invoicing
Payments are processed weekly via bank transfer.
Providers must submit timesheets or logs as proof of service.
5. Insurance & Liability
Providers are covered under our insurance policies, including:
Public Liability
Employers’ Liability
Professional Indemnity

6. Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations must be communicated in advance.
Repeated missed appointments may lead to removal from the platform.
7. Code of Conduct
No illegal activity, theft, or misconduct tolerated.
Uniforms (if provided) must be worn.
