Terms and Conditions for Service Providers

1. Introduction These Terms apply to all cleaning professionals onboarded through Care N Tidy. By joining our platform, you accept these terms and agree to provide professional, reliable, and honest services.

2. Onboarding Requirements

  • Signed service provider agreement.

  • Proof of right to work in the UK.

  • Compliance with UK employment and health & safety regulations.

3. Service Delivery

  • Punctual arrival and completion of jobs per booking schedule.

  • Professional conduct and respectful communication with customers.

  • Use of appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.

4. Payments and Invoicing

  • Payments are processed weekly via bank transfer.

  • Providers must submit timesheets or logs as proof of service.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • Providers are covered under our insurance policies, including:

    • Public Liability

    • Employers’ Liability

    • Professional Indemnity

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Late cancellations must be communicated in advance.

  • Repeated missed appointments may lead to removal from the platform.

7. Code of Conduct

  • No illegal activity, theft, or misconduct tolerated.

  • Uniforms (if provided) must be worn.

  • Any customer complaints must be reported.
