2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A 2-hour minimum booking applies, covering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
For extra rooms, customers must select additional services in the “Extras” section during booking.

3. Pricing and Payments
Services are charged hourly, with clear, transparent rates.
Payments can be made securely online.
Invoices are emailed after booking and may be requested during the visit.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking total.
5. Service Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will offer a re-clean or refund based on the circumstances.
