You can easily book online—select your service, choose a date/time, and receive confirmation instantly. You’ll also get a reminder just before the clean.
Can I book a one-off or set up regular cleans?
Absolutely! Choose a single clean, or schedule weekly, fortnightly, or monthly visits. You’re always in control of your schedule.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment at no charge. Anything after that may incur a cancellation fee.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
For regular bookings, we strive to send the same trusted cleaner each time. If they’re unavailable, we’ll inform you and offer a vetted substitute.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No need—our cleaners arrive fully equipped with eco-friendly products, cloths, and tools. Just let us know if you prefer using your own items.
Are your cleaners background checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked, fully vetted, and insured to offer you peace of mind.
Can cleaners clean while I’m not home?
Definitely—just provide a key, passcode, or leave instructions. Our secure key tracking ensures responsible access.
Will they wash dishes and empty bins?
Yes! We’ll wash up dishes and empty bins as part of the clean. Large-scale loads may take extra time—just indicate this in your instructions.
What cannot be included in a standard clean?
We don’t offer heavy lifting, exterior window cleaning, pest control, or specialized carpet/sofa steam cleaning as part of standard visits—though extras can be arranged.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes! We offer regular and one‑off cleaning for offices, shops, Airbnb properties, flats, and more—tailored to your business needs.
How do I request extra tasks?
Use the “Additional Instructions” box when booking to request tasks like oven cleaning, fridge wipe-downs, or specific rooms to focus on.
What if something is missed or damaged?
If anything’s missed, request a follow-up clean within 72 hours and we’ll fix it free of charge. In case of accidental damage, just contact us—our insurance covers it.
What time will my cleaner arrive?
You’ll receive a 2‑hour arrival window the day before. We account for travel time to ensure a reliable schedule.
Do you clean properties all over the UK?
Yes—Care N Tidy serves homes and businesses nationwide. Just enter your postcode to find available slots in your area.
How do I pay?
We securely take your payment (via credit/debit card) once the clean is complete. You’ll receive an instant invoice via email.
Can I book for upstairs or large homes?
Yes—during booking, simply specify the number of bedrooms or size of your property. We’ll allocate appropriate time and staff to get the job done right.
