1. Introduction Welcome to Care N Tidy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services and website. By booking a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A 2-hour minimum booking applies, covering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

  • For extra rooms, customers must select additional services in the “Extras” section during booking.

  • Bookings can be made through our website or by calling our landline: 0333 335 5922.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Services are charged hourly, with clear, transparent rates.

  • Payments can be made securely online.

  • Invoices are emailed after booking and may be requested during the visit.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking total.

5. Service Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will offer a re-clean or refund based on the circumstances.
